Morning everyone!! Just popping in before the insanity starts!! ( I know, I know I say that all the time!!) I'm chaperoning my daughters volleyball team to Philly for the Easter weekend for the big NEQ tournament weekend! Shopping today for all the food for the weekend and then leaving bright and early tomorrow to try and avoid the holiday traffic! The pressure is on for me to go back to full time work. Unable to work part time due to Evan coming home at 1130, Mark will cease his current job and stay home. Long story, not for here. Praying for a solution to get us through this. The thought of this makes me very sad, it's not what we had planned or discussed but we have to do what we have to do. Katharine, my primary background is military admin. Under that military umbrella I also have training in Legal, Security investigations, career counseling and courier duties (like a delivery driver), to name a few. When you work Admin, you get all the "other duties as assigned and become a jack of all trades" LOL... Worked retail (not my cup of tea), deli for a ma and pa store, and general cashier. We are in a catch 22 at the moment and just not sure how this going to work out. We'll get there, trying to stay positive.

Thank you all. We got some good news but the position doesn't open until November. Today the 3rd lady to fill a position in my husbands office up and quit this morning! When will upper management get rid of the problem??? They won't. Mark is once again getting trained to cover this position in addition to his normal one, he is not a finance person, he is a driver. Ugh. At least he has a job, so I can't complain. Sorry, rant over.

Hi all! I have a second realtor coming to visit today. Thought it'd be good to talk with a few before choosing one. The house is not complete, but getting close. Carla, that is great business sense getting another quote. Call the bank to see what their $$ value is considered. The banks have caps on how much they will approve on a house. My brother's realtor said one $$ the bank said another.

Visit went good. Here numbers are about the same as the other gal. I'm really more interested in their input for staging and things to do on the house. The numbers jive with what our appraisal was when we refinanced and also match up with the property tax data base, so I'm not concerned about banks not issuing a loan to someone. I just want strategy for a fast sale. I'm still mulling things over, but I might choose agent #2. :0)

I got an email today from Cake Central about a 2 day 40% off sale on all Cake Central Magazine products. I'm posting a screen pic of it. I was trying to use it on a yearly subscription of Cake Central, but when I put in the coupon code it said this: "The discount does not meet the requirements set by the shop for this checkout." It doesn't say anything about minimums. ???

So yesterday was one of those days when everything pretty much went wrong and all I could do was laugh! Really simple things...I had to redo my order of cake pops (pre-dip) because for some reason they seemed to have too much frosting in them. I had to redo my order of petit fours because they tasted AWFUL (first time that has ever happened--I figured out it was a new brand of marzipan I tried--never again!). I had to redo my mini chocolate chip cookies. Alas, all was not a loss. I didn't have to redo a birthd
