Hey, wanted to share a new found low fat/carb recipe we've been enjoying a lot these days. This is my alternative to pizza (crust). Butterfly and pound out a boneless chicken breast, spread 2 tsp of pizza/spaghetti sauce on it, add turkey pepperoni, turkey sausage crumbles, what ever veggies you like,sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and 1/3 cup low fat mozzarella cheese. I have rolled it up (like a stuffed breast) and just baked it off flat (looks more like a traditional pizza). It's absolutely wonderful and

and totally satisfies my pizza cravings with a fraction of the calories, carbs, and fat! 320 calories, 6 g fat, and 0 carbs verses traditional at 380 calories, 32 g fat, and 28 g of carbs in just one slice!!

Wow...my husbnd would love that! I am so proud of myself...I've actually gained three pounds. The only problem is ...it's gathered in an ugly little roll around my waist. Never can have things just right I guess. At least my face looks a little fuller.

Morning!!! Well, I survived tortillas, but didn't get much accomplished on the cakes, as my youngest had a blow out and needed help. I will have to make up for lost time tonight. No orders today thank goodness, just lots of production work for Mother's Day, really sorry I'm going to miss that consumer night mare this weekend.... NOT! Enjoy your Monday and make the most of it!!!

At least you won't have to be there among the throngs!! Glad you made it thru okay. Are you doing the wedding cake thru the store or on your own?

Morning Cake Junkies, I hope you all have a great day. I can't say enough how happy I am that the wallpaper is done. I am doing the happy dance. The ceiling is painted, today the walls will get their first coat of paint and then I can tape it for the design. The remodel will start today for the powder room. Time to get ready for a lunchen order. Have a great day everyone.

Lucky you!!! I had to cut mine back in early spring as they had gotten that nasty black leaf disease so they haven't started blooming as yet. We have been so cold everything is behind.

Hello all! I survived the Cub Scout camp out and all things considered it went very well. Upon returning home I received a call that my Aunt (Great Aunt) passed away. The phone calls were difficult, but she is now at peace and I will always hold the wonderful memories we made close to my heart.

Sally, I surprised alot of the men that were there, especially with the fishing. I not only knew how to fish, but baited my own line. I'm still not that great at "unhooking" the fish so I let my husband do that. After my son and I caught the first 2 we had a group of people watching us, we caught 6 total. My son earned his fishing belt loop and we also earned the family patch. We ended the night with my son's cross over from Tiger to Wolf for next year.

Good Morning all! Happy Cinco De Mayo!! I am less than thrilled that I have been assigned to tortilla production today.... of all days!
